Questions about avoiding GMO’s in your diet?

Folks have been asking questions about healthy eating and how to avoid GMO’s (genetically modified organisms) in your diet. Here’s a simple tip to help you get started: Avoid packaged and processed foods containing these 4 main ingredients:
